The Pigs/Iguanas/Sharks Adventure

This excursion was in the Bahamas which was an adventure where we get to go on a boat and go to multiple different locations that involve pigs, iguanas, and sharks. I took this adventure with my mom and we had such a good time. The boat took one hour to get to our first location which was the iguanas where we got wooden sticks and blueberries to feed them. There were so many iguanas all over this island. After the first island the boat took another hour to get to our next location which were the sharks. The shark location is known as Compass Cay where there is a dock and a long ladder on the side where people will climb down t0 interact with the sharks. After seeing the sharks we took the boat another hour to the pig location. It was a location where a lot pigs have been living there for years. The pig location is a very popular location in the Bahamas. We got to feed the pigs bread and you could even feed a baby pig with a bottle. Lastly we went to one more island which was just a plan island for us to swim around and chill for an hour. While on the island I saw a whole bunch of conk shells in the distance 100 feet away. I’m obsessed with seashells, so I immediately asked the tour guide why there was so many conk shells over in the distance. He informed me that there was a boat of people that will eat the snails out of the Congo shells and instead of taking the shells after eating them they will drop them on that island. So, I asked if I could take some and he said yes so I took three big conk shells back with me. Shells give me so much joy. I’m so glad I was able to experience this amazing excursion with my mom. This excursion will definitely be a memory I will never forget.
