A taste of B-More

Baltimore is famously known for its crabs. With its prime location along the Chesapeake Bay, Baltimore is home to some of the freshest and most delicious blue crabs. Whether you’re savoring a classic Maryland crab cake, digging into a messy but delightful crab boil, or enjoying a rich crab soup, the city’s seafood scene is a testament to its deep heritage and culinary expertise. For us locals and visitors alike, indulging in Baltimore’s crabs is an essential part of the city’s vibrant food culture.

My personal favorite is the classic Baltimore chicken box, which consists of four crispy wings and a generous serving of fries. This combo is a true staple of Baltimore, especially if you get it from a corner store carryout. To elevate the flavor to perfection, you have to add salt, pepper, ketchup, and hot sauce. This combination brings out the best of the chicken box, transforming this basic combo into a flavorful, satisfying experience that captures the essence of Baltimore’s culinary tradition.
