Breakfast

Ful Mudammas – Stew of cooked lava beans
Falafel – fried balls made from chickpeas. Can be put in a sandwich with pita, vegetables, and tahini sauce.

Lunch

Koshary – Egyptian national dish mixing pasta, rice, lentil beans, topped with tomato sauce, garlic vinegar, chickpeas, and fried onions
Shwarma – chicken or lamb cut into thin slices placed into a sandwich mixed with vegetables and sauce

Dinner

Bechamel – macaroni mixed with ground beef and creamy béchamel sauce, very similar to lasagna
Mahshi – Vegetables such as squash and zucchini aswell as grape leaves stuff with seasoned rice
