Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and sour cream. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions, reserving some of each for topping later.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth out the top with a spatula. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Serve the buffalo chicken dip warm with tortilla chips for dipping. Enjoy!
