buffalo chicken dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and sour cream. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions, reserving some of each for topping later.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth out the top with a spatula. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions on top.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  6. Serve the buffalo chicken dip warm with tortilla chips for dipping. Enjoy!
