How to play (basic rules): 

Football Formation
This formation on the field shows both offense and defense and a total of 22 players with 11 on each side
  • There is a total of 22 players on the field, 11 on the offensive side and 11 on defense
  • There are 2 half which are 15 minutes each totally up to 60 minutes
  • Each team has 3 timeouts per half and there are 2 halves total
  • The point of the game is to get to the other side of the opponents end zone
  • A touchdown is 6 points, if you don’t get a touchdown a field goal is three, an extra point after a touchdown is 1, and safeties are 2 points
  • Safeties don’t occur when you are on offense, instead it is when a defense stops a play inside of their opponents end zone
  • Play stop if there is a time out, a player is tackled, a team scores, or there is a flag indicating a foul on the field

Wide Receiver
This is my lined up in the wide receiver position on offense
Defensive Back
This is me lined up in the defensive back position on defense
  • Quarterback (throws the ball and is on offense)
  • Running back (runs the ball and is on offense)
  • Wide Receiver and tight end (catches the ball and is on offense)
  • Offensive line (protects the quarterback by blocking against defenders)
  • Defensive back (defends against wide receiver and is on defense)
  • Safety (defends the far part of the field and is on defense)
  • Linebackers (focuses on stopping running backs/tight ends and is on defense)
  • Defensive line (tries to fight through the offensive line and goal is to get the quarterback which is called a sack and is on defense)
  • Kicker (focuses on field goals and extra points and is on special teams
  • Punter (kicks the ball to try to back the opponent back to their side of the end zone and is on special teams)
