Tips and Tricks of the American Football Sport

There are different tricks and tips that you can learn and use when you are and off the field whether you are playing or you are not. These tips and tricks can either give you an advantage against your opponent when they aren’t paying attention or they can use it against you when you aren’t paying attention. Learning these things after learning the basics can really make a play better mentally and physically as you are finding ways to expose others when they are vulnerable.

Tips:

Ladder Drills
These are called ladder drills and you should do these because they increase your speed and agility when you’re playing on the field
Cone drills
These might just look like any ordinary cones all stacked up on seats but when you put them on the field in different positions you really can work on your legs and agility and become faster than you think you can
  1. Running every day helps you become a better player as your stamina lasts longer in games and you also become stronger and fitter
  2. Doing exercises to increase your speed helps you become a better player as ladder drills can really increase your quickness and agility when dodging defenders
  3. Learning to play with both feet helps you become a better player because as you increase your balance and you also use both legs to do the dirty work
  4. Learn from tape or from someone else you trust that can help you become a better player because watching how you play game after game you can realize your mistakes and asking someone who is better than you can help you fix those mistake and also learn new techniques to become a better player
  5. Be yourself don’t try to copy others such as them trying to do a one hand or a back flip because everyone is different and has their own set of abilities handed to them by God

  1. Just study the play book and film!
  2. Listen to your coaches and trainers advices!
  3. Trust people that are going to help you become successful not a clown!
  4. Always be a step ahead of everyone when you sense or get the chance to!
  5. Play together and know that there is no “I” in team!
