Destination #1: Cocoa Beach, Florida
We first arrived at Cocoa Beach, Florida, where our port was located to board our ship. We spent one day and one night here taking in the beautiful beaches as well as the delicious food and restaurants. While tanning on the beach, we were able to see Elon Musk’s Space X rocket launch right from the beach! We walked along the beach to the Cocoa Beach Pier which is part restaurant, bar, and viewing area. We were able to enjoy our lunch while on the pier seeing the waves roll in and the sea gulls squawking above us. This was a great place to start our vacation!
