  • Studied documents contained within the University Archives, detailing change and growth within Disability Support Services
  • Conducted Oral Histories with retired faculty and alumni to fill archival silences on disability support services

Course: Women in 20th Century U.S History, Towson University (May 2023)

  • Wrote a 2500 word research paper, “The Women’s Movement: A Fight to Build Social Acceptance and Equality”
  • Studied the emergence of the Women’s Movement in the 1970s, in addition to the sub-movements it included

Work and Leadership Experience

Towson University College of Liberal Arts Dean’s Student Advisory Council Member (Sept. 2023- Present)

  • Facilitated communication between students, faculty, and administrators on key issues
  • Assisted at open house recruiting events for the CLA to disseminate information on different classes, majors, and minors offered within the college

Unearthing Towson’s History Project at Towson University (May – December 2023)

  • Student Research Assistant
  • Utilized archival research skills to provide historical data
  • Conducted research on and oral histories with retired faculty members and alumni of Towson
  • Created digital resources/publications to help share the history and experience of diversity at Towson University with the community
