MyStrategy

Starting from my freshman year, I have started using strategy to study for exam and homework till I got to this year as follows.

  • Avoid distraction
    • distraction could be phones or people where you I sat at, So I always choose a place where there is no peopleĀ  around to disturb me.
  • by starting working on homework as early as possible.
    • leaving homework for tomorrow was everyday work, then I saw it was jsut another stress adding finally I stopped and followed my plan to start on same given date.
  • getting enough sleep
    • I believe having enough sleep is being energetic, as computer refreshed get fast so humans? yes I have started to take good sleep.
    • my sister told my to have 50 minutes nap helps to boost memory when I have exam if I want to study more time. which it worked perfect.
  • thinking positivity
    • thinking I might fail or if I have negativity or angry, I found it wouldn’t help any rather brings idea of dropping class. so I didn’tĀ  study when I felt discomfort. which benefited me.
  • skimming my notes
    • skimming helps to get the idea my notes and studying as one or twice repeatedly plays great to remember later days.
  • having background a wordless melody when studying
    • Focusing on study

      background melody with less volume that I hear 10% I would say helped my brain relax.

  • starting review before 20 days for final exam.
