INSTRUCTIONS:

Ingredients:
- Ripe Bananas
- Sugar (granulated or brown sugar both work)
- Eggs (room temperature)
- Sour Cream
- Unsalted Butter (needs to be melted and cooled for 20 minutes before use, should be opaque)
- Vanilla Extract
- All Purpose Flour
- Baking Soda
- Salt
How to make Banana Bread:
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a loft pan.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl.
- Mash bananas, there can be some small chunks remaining.
- Whisk in sugar, eggs, melted butter, sour cream and vanilla extract.
- Stir in flour mixture just until combined.
- Transfer to the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
- Cool on cooling rack.
- Slice and serve.
