Protein PB&J

  • Your choice of bread
  • 2 ounces Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein powder of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter or butter of your choice

 

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  2. place mixture onto bread
