My Passions

MY PASSIONS-

Growing up I had a true passion for the sport of field-hockey. I played for ten years before entering college.  My dad was right by my side every step of the way coaching me on the sidelines since I was eight. Even though it was hard to leave this sport behind when I began my freshman year of college, I will be forever grateful to have been a part of such great teams that helped shape me into the person I am today. I was able to become team captain of my high school field-hockey team helping me to gain knowledge in how to be a good leader and how to be a good team player. While I do not play on a team anymore, it is still one of my greatest passions in life and I still enjoy enjoy picking up a stick every once in a while. Another one of my passions is cooking and baking. I attended the magnet school George Washington Carver Center For Arts and Technology, for high school in the magnet culinary. Here, I was able to expand and further my knowledge on culinary and skills within the kitchen. To this day cooking and baking are still my true passions. My favorite dishes to make are shrimp fettuccini Alfredo and any type of cake.
