The History of The Baltimore Ravens

The Baltimore Ravens were established in 1996 after the Cleveland Browns looked to take their talents to Baltimore in 1995. The first head coach of the Baltimore Ravens was Ted Marchibroda and led the new team to a 4-12 record. The following year the team started to get better and players started to prosper such as Ray Lewis and Jonathan Ogden, who are both now in the Hall of Fame. The year of 1997 they also drafted the talented LB, Peter Boulware, which helped the defense a lot. No one could have guessed that this new franchise would grow so quickly and start to dominate the NFL year after year. I will continue to look at some of the greatest rosters this team has ever had, starting from the oldest and ending with the newest.
