One of the things Iran is known for is its Delicious Cuisine. Here are three Delicious Dishes that will make you want to visit Iran!

Lubia Polo – This is a savory rice dish flavored with tomatoes, green beans, & chunks of meat, typically beef or lamb. Lubia Polo, seasoned with saffron & cinnamon, is a tasty & substantial dish. It is typically served with a side of salad or yogurt, completing the meal with a balanced serving that highlights the common use of rice as a dietary staple in Iran.

Ghormeh Sabzi – A tasty stew that is a staple of Persian cooking & is frequently regarded as Iran’s national dish. It has a distinctly sour taste & is created with a mixture of sautéed herbs, mostly parsley, leeks, fenugreek, kidney beans, lamb, & dried limes. Usually served over steamed rice, this stew is cooked perfectly over several hours, harmonizing all the flavors harmoniously.

Koobideh – The traditional kebab from Iran. The ingredients are ground meat (typically lamb or beef), onions & spices. The mixture is then pushed onto skewers & cooked over open flames. This produces juicy, tender kebabs that are a mainstay at Persian restaurants & a popular street snack. They are frequently served with grilled tomatoes, peppers, fluffy rice, or wrapped in flatbread.Persian Koobideh KebabGhormeh Sabzi Recipe (Persian Herb Stew) | Little Spice Jar
