Downtown
Downtown Ocean City runs from the inlet which starts on 1st street and goes all the way down to 27th which is basically the entirety of the Ocean City boardwalk. It attracts a much larger crowd is a little more lively versus other areas of Ocean City. There are many shops, a few condos and other businesses throughout downtown.
Midtown
Midtown Ocean City runs from the end of the Ocean city boardwalk all the way to the route 90 bridge on 62nd street. There are many popular bars, restaurants and highly rated boat rental companies.
North Ocean City
North Ocean City runs from the route 90 bridge all the way down to the Delaware line. This area can also be known as Condo row and gives off more of a quieter vibe. This is still a great place for families as there are many sporting events and youth camps hosted in this are.
West Ocean City
West Ocean City is the area west of the route 50 bridge coming into Ocean City. It is a growing area as there is a new boardwalk that connects to the housing areas as well as many restaurants and shops. There is lots of water is this area as there are many marinas and waterfront parks.
