Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • Butter
  • Vanilla
  • Cinnamon
  • Bananas
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Backing Soda
  • Flour

Directions

  1. Whisk together all-purpose flour, backing soda, and ground cinnamon in a medium bowl.
  2. To the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment add the sugar a softened butter and beat together at high speed till light and fluffy.
  3. One at a time beat the eggs and then the vanilla extract.
  4. Add the mashed bananas to the wet ingredients and  mix.
  5. Fold the dry and wet ingredients till combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into a 9×5 greased loaf pan then bake at 350 degrees F for 50 to 60 minutes, then allow the bread to cool for about 20 minutes on a wire rack.
