- Eggs
- Butter
- Vanilla
- Cinnamon
- Bananas
- Sugar
- Salt
- Backing Soda
- Flour
Directions
- Whisk together all-purpose flour, backing soda, and ground cinnamon in a medium bowl.
- To the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment add the sugar a softened butter and beat together at high speed till light and fluffy.
- One at a time beat the eggs and then the vanilla extract.
- Add the mashed bananas to the wet ingredients and mix.
- Fold the dry and wet ingredients till combined.
- Pour the mixture into a 9×5 greased loaf pan then bake at 350 degrees F for 50 to 60 minutes, then allow the bread to cool for about 20 minutes on a wire rack.
