My name is Abigail Rose Richards and I am 21 years old, but I more commonly go by “Abby.” As of Fall 2022, I am attending Towson University, after two years at Howard Community College. Currently, I am majoring in Mass Communications and am pursuing the Journalism route with an emphasis in Womens Studies. For my present occupation, I work as a full time student, as well as in the marketing field. I have created professional websites for my parents Pickleball company, Dill Dinkers, where I created the branding, graphics, web design and also take part in the social media advertising.

I have won county awards in my poetry, short stories, and essays in the past. I hope to jump start my professional career by spreading my blog, The Divine Feminine, to a larger platform. Some things I write about in my blog center around the topics of self discovery, a confident lifestyle, feminism and fashion. My website is also considered a small business due to my little shop where I sell my amateur graphic art, as well as phone cases and stickers.

In my free time, I love to play Towsons Women’s club lacrosse, hit the gym, do makeup, paint, create graphic art, cook healthy meals, and do photography. I am very interested in learning about a healthy lifestyle, and what I can do to attain the best version of myself, as well as being creative as possible. In the past, I have been Hammond High School’s Girls Lacrosse captain, and taken part in my community college’s newspaper. I have worked many jobs since I was 13 years old; from being a Barnhand to a Home Daycare Assistant. I look forward to the future and am very persistent in making any type of creativity, and writing a large part of my career.
