Day 1 Workout

Make sure to do a warm up before starting this workout

Rest for 1 minute between sets and 3-5 minutes between exercises

  • Incline bench press (DB or BB)
    • sets 10
    • reps 10
  • Underhand barbell rows
    • sets 10
    • reps 5
  • Set of pushups till failure untimed
    • set timer for 4 minutes and 30 seconds and complete twice the number of pushups you did in the first set.
  • Inverted rows till failure
    • set timer for 4 minutes and 30 seconds and complete twice the number of inverted rows you did in the first set.

If you have time, do a cooldown.
