- 90g Whey Protein Power (chocolate flavor)
- 140g Oats
- 400g Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1 Chocolate bar (optional)
- Blend protein power and oats together in a blender.
- Put peanut butter and honey in a mixing bowl and microwave for 1-2 minutes
- Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix.
- Put all the ingredients into a baking dish and spread out evenly
- Melt the chocolate and spread thin layer on top.
- Put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes and enjoy!
