Rest for 1 minute between sets and 3-5 minutes between exercises
- Incline bench press (DB or BB)
- sets 10
- reps 10
- Underhand barbell rows
- sets 10
- reps 5
- Set of pushups till failure untimed
- set timer for 4 minutes and 30 seconds and complete twice the number of pushups you did in the first set.
- Inverted rows till failure
- set timer for 4 minutes and 30 seconds and complete twice the number of inverted rows you did in the first set.
If you have time, do a cooldown.
