Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Bars

  • 90g Whey Protein Power (chocolate flavor)
  • 140g Oats
  • 400g Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1 Chocolate bar (optional)

 

  1. Blend protein power and oats together in a blender.
  2. Put peanut butter and honey in a mixing bowl and microwave for 1-2 minutes
  3. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix.
  4. Put all the ingredients into a baking dish and spread out evenly
  5. Melt the chocolate and spread thin layer on top.
  6. Put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes and enjoy!
