Psychodynamic Therapy

Psychotherapy, also known as talk therapy mostly used by Freud, involves working with a trained therapist to explore and address emotional difficulties, mental health concerns, and life challenges. Through open dialogue and reflection, individuals can gain self-awareness, insight, and develop effective coping mechanisms. This is the therapy most people envision when you say therapy, the couch with the  client laying there talking to the therapist whos off to the side.
