Art Therapy

Art therapy utilizes creative expression as a means of communication and healing. Through various art forms such as painting, drawing, or sculpting, individuals can explore and process emotions, reduce stress, and gain insight into their thoughts and feelings. One exercise is outlining your whole body on a big sheet of paper, then talking to a therapist about people or events and assigning the emotions that come up colors  and coloring in where they feel them on their body and what it might look like drawn/painted out.
