Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 2 sticks unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1/2 cups lightly packed, light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line Baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until creamy, or for about 2 minutes.
- To that same bowl, add vanilla extract and eggs.
- Now, gradually beat the dry flour mixture into the wet mixture and add the semisweet chocolate chips.
- Divide the dough into 3-tablespoon sized balls using a cookie scoop. Place dough onto baking sheets.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool for 5 minutes before eating.
