Ingredients Needed:
- Pumpkin Puree (not pumkin pie filling)
- Granulated Sugar
- Oil (any kind that is not coconut oil)
- One Egg
- Vanilla
- Flour
- Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Cocoa Powder
- Baking Soda
- Salt
- Chocolate Chips
Baking Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
- In a medium bowl, add pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, egg and vanilla. Stir mixture well until ingredients are mixed together.
- Over your wet mixture, sprinkle flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt on top. Gently fold in the mixture until no streaks of flour are remaining.
- Add your chocolate chips on top and mix them throughout.
- Divide your mixture into your muffin pan.
- Bake for 18 minutes until muffins are done. Test centers with a toothpick before officially removing the muffins.
