Hersheys Brownies

  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F degrees. Line an 8-inch square metal pan with foil and grease only the bottom of the foil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine melted butter, sugar, and vanilla with a wooden spoon until well blended.
  3. Add eggs and beat well with a spoon until creamy.
  4. In a small bowl whisk together the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg mixture, beating gently until well mixed.
  6. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until brownies appear set and being to pull away from the sides of the pan.
  8. remove from the oven and cool the brownies completely in the pan on a wire rack.
  9. Cut brownies into desired size and shape.
