If you want to be successful in changing your lifestyle, you have to plan it. What’s the game plan?
I can help.
Being organized is the first thing you can do to help your mind. When you’re constantly all over the place, you’re going to feel like you’re all over the place. Once you know how to make a routine solid routine, you’ll know how to make one in any aspect of your life. It’ll help you become an organized person. Making your life a routine, helps you to form good habits.
- Make a list of 10 goals you have in life.
- Then you want to make a numbered list with your priority goal at number 1 and your least prioritized goal at number 10.
- Start with your priority goal, and think of how you can incorporate working towards that goal into your routine.
- Now you can start writing your routine down, try not to be too broad.
- Now take this list and post it up in your room somewhere where you will always see it.
- Take a picture of it and keep it on your phone as well so you can always look at it when you’re not in your room.
- Be mindful of your routine and commit to it.
- Once you have successfully been able to work towards your priority goal for 30 days, begin to add what you can do sometime during the day to contribute towards your second priority goal.
- Add a new priority to the list every 30 days until all 10 of your goals have been incorporated into your day.
- It’ll take time, but before you know it your day is full of productivity that can lead to a better mindset, physical fitness, and general wellness.
It sounds overwhelming, but make sure that the goals you are adding to your list are doable. Things like: going to the gym, reading every day for 30 minutes, and making your bed every morning are all great things you can add to your routine, and by the end of it all, those things have become good habits.
