My name is Ariana Maturi, and I am a junior at Towson University in Towson, Maryland. I am a mass communications major in the journalism track, with minors in electronic media & film and theatre arts. I’m also an intern with Towson Sports Network, and you can spot me on some Towson social media accounts!

In my free time, I’m passionate about the arts, acting, media, and writing. I can be terribly awkward sometimes, but when I sit down and write, I feel like I can gather and organize my thoughts. I write here about everything I’ve learned from college so far. I want to share everything I’ve experienced with as many people as I can, and I hope that this blog can be a place students go for advice or help.

I’m from New Jersey, and yes, I think we have the best bagels and pizza. I live by the shore and I love my hometown, but I love traveling too. I went to Europe once before the pandemic, and it was my only personality trait for a while. I hope to travel in the future, as basic as that is.

I’m also a nerd and obsess over all Star Wars and Marvel content, so feel free to talk to me about those franchises anytime. My TikTok fyp definitely has too much Loki on it… (please reach out immediately if you also love Loki way too much)
