About Andrew Likoudis

Andrew Likoudis is an entrepreneur and writer, interested in inter-religious studies, hospitality (through his Airbnbs), and chess. He is the founder and president of the Likoudis Legacy Foundation, launched in honor and to perpetuate and build on his grandfather’s theological work. On this note, Andrew is the editor of eight of his grandfather’s books, and three others. He is also studying business administration at Towson University. Between 2020 and 2024 he worked in Business, Econ, and Marketing Development, holding fellowships with Johns Hopkins University’s Economics Dept, and with Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses. He blogs at Patheos.com/natureandgrace/ and has written for a few other publications including the National Catholic Register, Fellowship and Fairydust Magazine, and Where Peter Is.  Before deciding to pursue Business, he spent over a decade working in the restaurant industry, including working at Baltimore Magazine’s #1 voted restaurant in Maryland and OpenTables’s #6 across all of America. Needless to say, Andrew has soaked up recipes from all different cultures, and makes elegant display of them. When he is not working, he is usually relaxing with family, dancing bachata, kayaking, or reading.
