The beauty of a place doesn’t only come from its views but also, it’s people. Many members of my family live in Tortola along with many other parts of the Virgin Islands. My family is very chaotic but when it comes down to it, we love each other with everything we have. You would think that from so far, we would be distant, but I talk to them more than most of the people I live close to. To sum my family up with one sentence, we’re like branches on a tree; we all grow in different directions, but our roots remain as one.
