Lapp is a Lao meal that roughly translates to meat salad. It is typically served with fresh fish (often raw) with lots of herbs and fresh vegetables.

 

#2 – Paeng Pet

Paeng Pet is a traditional dish that is made of animal blood (often duck) along with meat and organs of the animal with fresh herbs, typically mint.

 

#3 – Jaew

Jaew is a dipping sauce made for rice or vegetables and is made of grilled vegetables, chili peppers, and fermented fish.
