As a two time participant of the Disney College Program, I would definitely say the program is worth it! If you enjoy Disney and like the Florida or California area, it is a great way to experience the lifestyle. Even though most participants have a very strong love for Disney, there are participants that do not have such a strong feeling towards Disney. Regardless of your feelings towards Disney itself, the program is a great learning experience. The only thing that is not mentioned is the long hours. If you are not prepared to work 8+ hours a day, with sometimes an inconsistent schedule, then you should not apply. Scheduling varies with the role, but it can be pretty much any time of the day or night. One of the post COVID downfalls of the program is that you can no longer choose your role. You can put in your top five requests, but you will not get your role assignment until a week before your arrival date.
