The Disney College Program is an internship located in both Orlando, Florida and Anaheim, California. The program is for current and recently graduated college students. During this program, you work in various locations of the parks and resorts on Disney property. The program gives you to opportunity to expand your skillset, while also creating a reputation with a well known company. The program provides housing, which is taken directly out of your paychecks. The on-property housing is located in Winter Garden, Florida just ten minutes from the Disney Property. The participants are given the option to pay a fee and bring a vehicle. For those who do not bring a vehicle, there is a complimentary bus schedule that can take you to and from various Disney locations.  The starting pay for a Disney College Program starting pay is $14 an hour.  The participants are guaranteed 30 to 40 hours a week and have free admission to the parks, along with a 20% discount on select merchandise and food.
