The best part about being a cast member at Disney are the behind the scenes perks available for you to do. Disney offers cast members free events to attend and perks you can receive. When you become a cast member, you will get access to the HUB, which is a website you can book discounted park tickets and hotels, for yourself or family. As a cast member you get free admission to any and all Disney park properties. Disney also hosts events that you can sign up for! For example, you can sign up for free sunrise yoga at magic kingdom, behind the scenes tours of certain rides, like haunted mansion and tower or terror. Anther thing they do specifically for college program students is that they will have events just for them. On my second program, there was an after hours Animal Kingdom event where all college program participants were to sing for to attend Animal Kingdom from 6pm to 12am. They had complimentary snacks for everyone throughout the park and had rides running as well. One thing I remember doing that was so fun was riding the ride, Dinosaur, with the lights on. It was such a cool experience and something I will most likely never be able to do again.
