1.Momo
Momo is one of the famous dishes in Nepal. It is Minced meat with onion, garlic, and Himalayan spices wrapped in dough and steamed.
2. Dal-Bhat-Tarkali
Dal-Bhat is eaten throughout Nepal daily or maybe even twice a day. Bhat means rice in Nepali. They use Basmati rice. Dal is a soup made of lentils and spices served over boiled grains and in term of Tarkali, they serve varieties of curry like chicken curry, pickle, and varieties of vegetables, etc.
3. Everest Beer/Raksi
It is one of the strongest beverage in Nepal. It is made from millet, rice, barley, or wheat that has been distilled.
4. Choila
Fresh boneless chicken or goat grilled fillet marinated with ginger, garlic, and Himalayan spices
5. Sekuwa
Grilled meat fillet marinated in garlic and in Nepali herbs. You can choose any meat besides beef.
