Ingredients
- 2 spoons of Olive Oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (28 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes
- ½ cup chopped fresh basil
- salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup vodka
- 1 pound penne pasta
- 1 pint heavy cream
Cooking Steps

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook garlic in olive oil until tender for about 1 to 2 minutes.

Then, stir in the tomatoes, but make sure to break it up a bit with a fork.

Next, stir in basil, salt, and pepper and simmer 15 minutes.

At this time, you’re going to stir in the vodka and cook 15 minutes more.

On the side, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente and then drain the pasta.
