Ingredients:
- 3-4 very ripe bananas
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter ( 1 stick) Real butter. At room temp.
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Cream the wet ingredients (butter, sugar, bananas, and eggs) in a bowl until well incorporated.
- In a separate bowl sift all the dry ingredients together (flour, baking soda, and salt).
- Carefully mix dry ingredients into the batter in 1/3rds;
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour.
