Attempts
- Each athlete gets 3 attempts at each height for high jump and pole vault.
- An x indicates a miss while an o indicates a clearance.
- Each athlete gets 3 attempts total for long jump and triple jump. In the case of finals, the top 9 finishers get an additional 3 jumps.

- The goal in long jump and triple jump is to place your foot in a position to get maximum coverage on the board without fouling. You must indicate what board you are taking off of in triple jump.

- If an athlete’s foot is over the board in long jump or triple jump it is a foul.
- If the athlete breaks the plane in high jump or pole vault it is a foul.
- If the athlete does not jump in the allotted time it is a foul.
- A red flag is used to indicate a foul.
